Our design team led a sprint to reimagine key sections of the website with a strong focus on usability and structure. We weren’t just updating fonts and colors; we were redesigning how stories were told—from sustainability reports and innovation updates to leadership announcements and CSR milestones. All of this had to be surfaced intuitively, accessible across devices, and optimized for performance.
A Modular CMS Designed for Efficiency
For the backend, we chose WordPress not only for its flexibility but for its proven reliability at scale. We built a fully custom Gutenberg block-based CMS, allowing Brandix to create pages using reusable, drag-and-drop content components. The modular structure makes publishing effortless—whether it’s a new ESG report or a regional initiative.
Performance was critical. We implemented Tailwind CSS for lean, utility-first styling and ensured cross-browser compatibility from day one. Mobile responsiveness was treated as a core requirement, not a nice-to-have—because for a brand with global teams and audiences, the experience needed to be seamless everywhere.
We also integrated user analytics and site behavior tools like Microsoft Clarity, giving the Brandix team direct insight into how visitors engage with the site. A lightweight feedback pop-up was included to invite users to share their experience—closing the loop between the brand and its audience, and setting the stage for continuous improvement.

What Brandix has now is a website that mirrors the strength of their brand: elegant, purposeful, and scalable. Their internal teams are no longer dependent on external developers to make simple content changes, freeing them up to communicate with clarity and speed. The modular CMS structure allows them to adapt their content as quickly as their business moves.
